Shipping
We ship only to countries of the European Union. You see which countries you can choose in the order process. We do not deliver to other countries (for example Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Norway).
Shipping days are Monday to Wednesday. This way no plant sits in a parcel over a weekend. If your payment only arrives after Wednesday, we ship the following week.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch within Germany and 2 to 7 working days to the rest of the EU. When your parcel is on its way we inform you by email.
You see the amount of the shipping costs in the order process before you order with obligation.
Every plant is packed individually and carefully. In frost or great heat we may postpone shipping so that the plant arrives healthy. We will then get in touch with you.
Species protection and plant passport
Plants that are protected under the EU Wildlife Trade Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 338/97, Annex A or B) are sold only with proof of legal origin. The proof is enclosed with the shipment and can be requested at any time. Plants are shipped with a plant passport where the law requires it.
Payment
You can pay by PayPal (through our payment service provider Mollie) or by bank transfer in advance. You see which payment methods you can choose in the order process. There are no additional fees for you for the payment method.
PayPal: you pay right after ordering. The plants are reserved for you during this time; if the payment is not completed in time, the order is cancelled and the plant is offered again. As soon as the payment has reached us you receive the order confirmation.
Payment in advance: after your order you receive our bank details, the reference and the payment deadline by email. We ship after receipt of payment.
All prices are final prices in euros. As a small business under § 19 UStG we do not show VAT.
After delivery
Please open the parcel promptly and take the plant out. Report transport damage, if possible within two days, with photos by email to kontakt@succulenttent.store. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
